Cancellation Options

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled activity will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48-72 hours before the activity will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
No-shows will not be eligible for any refunds.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request.
In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or a full refund.
